Granite and coated steel console by Gabetti & Isola for Arbo. This piece was a bespoke design for the Talponia residential centre in Ivrea, Italy.
The Talponia residential unit was designed in 1968 by Roberto Gabetti and Aimaro Oreglia d’Isola. Better known by the inhabitants and visitors to Ivrea as “Talponia” (“Molehill”), the building was designed to provide accommodation for temporarily resident Olivetti employees in Ivrea.
