Also known as weathering steel, corten steel is identifiable for its rich, bright orange tones, originally developed for building coal carriages in 1930s America.

Condition: Vintage condition - signs in keeping with age, please refer to close up images for signs of wear. These shelves have been sealed with a matt lacquer to prevent further patination occurring.
