Black lacquered 'Antella' demi lune console that converts via brass hinges into an elliptical dining table, by Kazuhide Takahama.
Influenced by the Japanese tradition, Kazuhide Takahama lacquered the surfaces of his products. Simon Gavina Int. was the first manufacturer to exploit this technique within the modern industrial process. Designed in 1968, produced in 1969.
